However if you are looking for a quieter vacation to enjoy the white sandy beaches, the sea breeze & take the relaxation you deserve while having all the commodities, Akumal is also one your top choices to stay; it offers a variety of activities, restaurants & places to explore without having to drive from place to place. Two bays are waiting for you  hop into the sea and explore its own coral reef located just 20 feet from the shore. THE SPACE

Condo Tortuga #1 is a beautiful, Mexican decorated ground floor Condo suited for you and your family needs during your vacations: expansive views of the water from all rooms with an open floor plan & step down living room opening to a private beach-level terrace large enough for dining or relaxing in a hammock.

The first thing you'll notice while you pass across the beautiful wooden door from Condo La Tortuga #1 is the open Living Room area, which is a perfect place to have food on the round table for 5 people, next to it a big comfy couch will be visible which can be converted into a queen size bed or use it as the spot to finish that book you've been reading, in front of the couches an easy to install Hamock will be waiting for you maybe to take a nap or just enjoy the sea breeze that comes to refresh the whole Condo. You'll have your own terrace which is the favourite spot of our guests to have breakfast while they enjoy the sea view. The Kitchen is decorated to recreate a true Mexican atmosphere, while having all the essentials for you to stay creative with your cooking skills. Next to the kitchen you'll find two doors: the first one will take you to the Guest Bedroom, which is equipped with a King Size bed, it's own A/C to stay fresh, a smart TV to watch your favourite shows & access to the fully equipped guest bathroom. Behind the Living Room comfy Couch you'll notice three stairs that lead to the Master Bedroom, which is also equipped with a king size bed where you can lay and have a wonderful sea view, it's own A/C, smart TV for you to enjoy and private bathroom and shower.

OUTDOORS 
A parking spot will always be available for you in case you reached to the condo on a rental car or decide to rent a Golf Cart with our reliable providers to explore the Akumal surroundings. An aisle decorated with some of the local vegetation will lead you to the complex area, where you'll find a pool right in front of Condo Tortuga #1, next to it Restaurant "La Lunita" will be there waiting to stun you with some of the best Mexican cuisine, the best part is that you can have a 10% discount just because you are one of our guests. Finally some deck chairs will be right in front of the sea for you to spend as many time as you want.

MORE RELEVANT INFORMATION
The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet in the complex, if you are lucky enough to visit us during Turtle nesting season you'll be able to watch a wonderful nature spectacle as turtles are used to nest right in front of the complex.
