THE SPACE

Condo Playa Blanca #1 is a charming, ground floor condo, just a few steps from the ocean surrounded by white sandy beaches, it is a truly a privileged spot to relax and take your deserved vacations. It offers unique advantages including privacy, ambience and price. A spectacular ocean view will stun you from every front room: Master Bedroom, Lining and Dining Room. Take the break you need on the condo terrace enjoying the sea breeze and a refreshing margarita.

 

Once you enter the condo you'll find to your left the Hotel Bedroom, equipped with two queen size bed, an ample storage for clothing, TV to watch your favourite shows and private bathroom and shower; it is ideal for adults, children or teenagers. Across the alley you'll find the door to the Master Bedroom, which is always a highlight: equipped with a king size bed, louvred windows that fold back to reveal a fantastic ocean view, ample storage, a smart Tv to enjoy some content after a long day of adventures and a private master bathroom and shower. The central living area includes a large Living Room with 2 single sofa beds and inside dinning area, an ideal space to relax and entertain. A fully equipped Kitchen is ready for you to use and experiment with the flavours you'll learn during the trip. finally take a nap in the terrace hammock or enjoy your meals while you look at the ocean view.
