Private Oceanfront Villa located in one of the most wonderful bays of Mexico, this 6 bedroom Villa is a favourite for experienced and demanding travellers who seek comfort and relaxation combined with easy access to the Riviera Maya activities and adventures. HOUSE LAYOUT

 

MAIN HOUSE 

On the Main House you'll find a full equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, breakfast bar that seats 6 and a great dinning table for up to 10 people. Our living room furnished with large sofa makes the perfect spot to watch satellite or smart Tv on our large flat TV. On the ground floor there is a well appointed guest bedroom with two double queen beds with overlook to the ocean and easy access to the pool area. Also you'll find next to the kitchen a large room furnished with a king sized bed, a double sofa bed; ideal for those looking for more privacy and a partial oceanview with easy access to the outdoors. Upstair we have the Master Bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony ideal to stare at the sea and relaxing with the ocean breeze. Next to the Master Bedroom will be a small children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and own bathroom, ideal for parents travelling with their children.   

 

OUTDOORS

The outdoors is our most complemented area, you'll find yourself enjoying a well deserved nap on our palapa hamacas, relaxing on our big pool or tanning on the private beach. Our newest addition is our exclusive dock, ideal to enter the sea without problems to snorkel or launch kayaks to explore the bay.   

 

PENTHOUSE 

A one bedroom apartment with a king sized bed and a queen futon with it's own kitchenette and living area with sofa beds, you'll be stunned with 2 balconies one with oceanview and another with jungle view. The Penthouse has it's own entrance to add more privacy for you.

GROUND FLOOR STUDIO 

Below the penthouse there is a wonderful space for teenagers wit it's own entrance and is furnished with a king size bed, 2 futons, plenty beanbags, a kitchenette and own bathroom. Similar to the Penthouse, The Studio has a separate entrance from the Main Villa.

VILLA KOKOBEACH RATES (Minimum stay of 3 Nights)

Villa Kokobeach has the same price all year round (Except Holidays, Thanksgiving & Eastern) for your convenience, whether you are on a small group or a big group our prices accommodate every party while paying a fair price for the luxury and private Villa, see how we calculate your budget below:

• US$400.- Per night: base rate up to 4 guests, includes 2 Bedrooms of your choosing on the Main House of the Villa.

​

• US$90.- Per extra guest per night above the 4 Guests mark.

​

• US$110.- Per night: To add an extra bedroom if your reservation doesn't have the required # of guests to open your desired bedroom or if an extra bedroom is needed due to your party composition.

Prices on Holidays (Minimum stay of 7 nights)

• Holidays (Dec 20-Jan 6): US$1300.- Per night Base Rate up to 4 Guests 

​

• Thanksgiving: US$650.- Per night Base rate up to 4 Guests

​

• Eastern: US$650.- Per night base rate up to 4 Guests

​

• Extra Guests: US$90.- Per extra guest per night above the base rate of 4 guests.
